TranSlicer 2000 accepts firm product up to 4" in diameter and leafy-type, more compressible products up to 6" in diameter. Types of cuts flat slices 1/2" to 2", crinkle slices 1/32" to 2", julienne Cuts from 1/2" X 1/2" to 2" X 2" depending on the cutting head. Microslice cutting head can offer a wide rage of flat slices, crinkle slice, oval shred and julienne strips.

Product is delivered onto tow high speed feed belts sloping together to form a "V" shape feed through.

TranSlicer is 127"L X 34"W X 56"T, approximately 1200 lbs.
