Stainless Steel Portable Chill Tables - 40-1/2" W. x 10' 4-1/2" L. x 32" Work Hgt., Construction per L-F Drawing No. 19316 Sheet 1, Rev 1, Two 2 hp compressors mounted to undershelf & connected to (2) copper cooling circuits, open base. Manufactured by Leslie Fisher Engineering in 2016 . Used to cool creamed corn.  It would cool 40 gallons of 180-degree corn to 90 degrees in 10 minutes.
