The FMC Technologies (JBT FoodTech) rotary pressure sterilizers offer continuous cooking and cooling under pressure of canned products. This pressure shell wasa last running a 14 oz. can of canned green beans in a three piece can at 400 cans per minute. The can that was last run measured 300 x 407 Dia.. The shell measures approximately 60" Dia. and is 25' 6" Long Can capacity with a 300 x 407 can is 2585 Cans. Max working pressure is 33 psi. National Board Number is 1927. This machine is also capable of running a 303 x 406 can with a capacity of 2585 cans. Shell is missing one Bowl Gear, controls, or infeed and discharge valves.
